* You forward order to BOSS via e-mail, fax or web portal each morning orders from the previous day. You will be advised of any out of stock items when the order is received and have the option to ship complete or partial orders. Partial orders are subject to individual shipping charges.

* BOSS will ship order directly to consumer with your paperwork. You can provide BOSS with invoice copy (paper) or we can generate it here. Tracking information and order invoice will be provided to you when the package has shipped.

* Orders will be shipped via UPS, using Customer's UPS Shipper #, and shipping charges will be billed weekly to you. The "shipper" will appear to the consumer as yourself.

* You then pay BOSS for accumulated orders weekly via ACH payment or prepaid daily on credit card.

* You are responsible for collecting moneys from the consumer, as well as any returned or refused orders by the consumer.

* As a fulfillment customer, a set pricing schedule is determined. Fulfillment orders do not qualify for monthly or weekly specials. Orders shipped directly to your warehouse or store would qualify for such specials.
