Fast courteous service makes ordering at BOSS easier than ever!
When you call in an order, please have the following information
ready for the customer representative:
BOSS Customer Number.
Product Code Numbers.
This information will expedite your order and ensure accuracy.
You’ll enjoy talking to our customer representatives. They’re
friendly and knowledgeable. They really want to make ordering
a pleasant experience for you. They’re helpful too! When
you call in an order, they’ll tell you whether the items
you’re ordering are in stock and available for immediate
shipment. If some of the items on your order are not in stock,
the customer representative will tell you when they are expected
to be available.

7 days a week. Here are your options:

NO MINIMUM ORDER
ADD ONS:
Order processing, in most cases, is complete within 1/2 hour after
being called in. Whenever possible we will add to an existing
order. Otherwise, the add-on will be treated as a new order, subject
to appropriate shipping charges.
SPECIAL ORDERS:
Whenever possible we will obtain an item that is not a stocked
item. Prepayment is required on special orders. We may also require
minimum purchase quantities. Delivery times vary. Ask your customer
service representatives for more details.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:
Every effort is made to have all items in stock at all times.
However, due to problems in obtaining raw material or market fluctuations,
some items will be unavailable.
OUT OF STOCK/BACK ORDERS:
BOSS does not automatically Back Order out of stock items. If
the out of stock items total $50.00 per stock item, you may request
a paid back order. You will be charged for the item(s) and they
will be shipped (prepaid) when the item(s) become available. Only
exception would be Otomix shoes, and special order items, which
must be ordered in case quantities. Prepaid back orders will be
shipped in complete quantities. You may request an unpaid back
order, which will be treated as a new order subject to appropriate
shipping charges. There will be no back orders on sale items.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
BUSINESS VERIFICATION:
For your protection BOSS verifies all new businesses before releasing
Wholesale price information. The quickest verification we do is
business name, address and phone number through ATT. If this isn’t
available, we require photo copies of sales tax license, vendor’s
certificate or resale certificate be sent in for review. You will
be notified upon approval.

TERMS
OF SALE:
All first orders are shipped COD. Only certified check, money order or
credit card will be accepted. After the first order, a business check will
be accepted as a COD payment.
BOSS accepts Master Card, Visa, or Discover for any orders without a service
charge. (Credit card holders must be the Corporation, Business Owner, or
Manager.) Business owners are responsible for any transactions on their
account.
PRICE POLICY:
Retail prices listed are suggested by the product manufacturer. In the
event of a price increase, we will try to give advance notice when possible.
However, due to the short notice we are given, it is practically impossible
to give written notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
ELECTRONIC PAYMENT OPTION:
For our customers convenience, electronic payment is now available.
Ask your sales rep for details.
RETURNED CHECK POLICY:
Any check returned by the bank due to nonpayment is automatically redeposited.
At this time your account will be charged a $10.00 bank fee and be changed
to “COD, CERTIFIED CHECK, MONEY ORDER ONLY OR PRE PAID WITH A CREDIT
CARD" for 30 days, provided the check clears the 2nd deposit. If the
check is returned a 2nd time, the account will remain “COD, CERTIFIED
CHECK, MONEY ORDER ONLY OR PRE PAID WITH A CREDIT CARD" until the
balance is paid in full and/ or credit history is reviewed. A $20.00 bank
charge will be charged to your account. Any account with a history of returned
checks may be reverted to “COD, CERTIFIED CHECK, MONEY ORDER ONLY
OR PRE PAID WITH A CREDIT CARD" without prior notice. If you are notified
by your bank that a check will be returned, call immediately.
UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS:
If an order is returned to us by UPS for any reason, the additional shipping
charges and a $3.00 service charge will be charged to your account. If
2 orders are returned, the account will revert to PREPAID ONLY without
prior notice.
DAMAGES:
In case of hidden shipment damages, please do the following:
UPS SHIPMENT
Keep the damaged product in its original box with the packing material.
Contact BOSS within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment with the invoice
number and product name. BOSS will notify UPS. UPS will pick up the damaged
product and return it to us. BOSS will issue credit to your account.
IMPORTANT
***SHORTAGES/MIS-SHIPMENTS
Because of our double-check packing system, we have a minimum amount
of errors. On the rare occasion of a shortage, please thoroughly
inspect the box a second time for the product(s). If the product(s)
still cannot be found, or if any other problems exist, contact our
office within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment.

TERMS
Orders placed before 12:00 pm are shipped the same day. Shipping will
be via UPS Ground Service. Next Day, Second Day,& Three Day air service
is available but must be paid in full by the customer. Shipping charges
are based on your UPS Zone. (CLICK
HERE). When your order qualifies for free shipping, BOSS
reserves the right to determine the best way for shipping. In the event
that you wish an alternate carrier, any excess shipping charges will
be charged on your invoice.

on orders over $200.00

Customer pays 1/2 shipping on orders over $200.00. Customer pays full

SHIPMENTS
*BOSS will determine if an order qualifies for shipment by common carrier.
*Pallet orders will be broken down and delivered inside.
*Pallet orders may take 1 to 3 days longer than UPS delivery.
ATTENTION!!!
Before signing bill of lading:
1. Verify carton count received with carton count noted on bill of lading.
2. Check for any visible damages.
3. Note any shortage or damage on bill of lading. Contact BOSS with the
invoice number and product name.

*Pallet deliveries must be accepted on the first delivery attempt.
Any refused or delayed pallets will be subject to freight charges.
RETURN INFORMATION
Returns must be received at BOSS within 30 days of purchase.
*A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER must be issued for all returns.
*Shipping charges must be prepaid by customer-no COD returns.
Please insure your package.
*A 20% RESTOCKING FEE will be charged to all returns.
*Returned merchandise must be unopened and not marked in any manner.
*Closeout and discontinued items may not be returned.
